These terms cover your use of the AbForge iOS app. By using the app, you agree to them.

This is not medical advice

AbForge estimates body composition from a photo and suggests workouts and calorie targets. It is a fitness tool, not a medical device. The scores it produces are visual estimates, not clinical measurements, and they can be wrong.

Nothing in the app diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant. If something hurts, stop.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to AbForge and to use the body scan. The scan analyses an image of an adult torso and our analysis service declines images that do not appear to be of an adult.

This is an eligibility requirement, not a content warning. The App Store age rating describes the kind of content in the app. This section describes who we are able to serve.

Subscription and billing

AbForge requires a paid subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time.
Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under Apple's own terms. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring your purchase

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use Restore on the subscription screen to regain access with the same Apple ID. Your workout history and scans are stored on your device, so they do not transfer to a new device.

Using the app properly

Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its analysis service, and do not use it to submit photos of anyone other than yourself, or photos you have no right to use.

Ownership

The app, its name, design and content belong to us. The photos you submit remain yours, and we claim no ownership of them.

No guarantees

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise a specific physical result, and any timeline or projection shown in the app is an estimate, not a commitment. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your access

You can stop using the app and cancel at any time through the App Store. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
