Cancelling happens in the App Store, not in the app:
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Open the subscription screen and tap Restore, using the same Apple ID you bought with. This happens after reinstalling or switching to a new iPhone.
If Restore does not find anything, check that the Apple ID in Settings, Media & Purchases is the one that made the purchase.
The scan needs your abs to fill the frame. Stand 3 to 4 feet from a mirror, keep your torso centred, and find brighter light. Dark or blurry photos get rejected before analysis.
The body scan is for adults. Our analysis service declines images that do not appear to be of an adult, and it errs on the side of caution, so it can occasionally be wrong about an adult. If that happened to you, write to us.
Our server does not keep them. The photo is analysed and discarded. Our analysis partner may hold it for up to 30 days to police abuse of their own service, then deletes it. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Your workouts, scans and streak are stored on your device, not on our servers, so a reinstall or a new phone starts them fresh. Your subscription is not lost: tap Restore to get access back.
The camera counter follows crunch style movements, where the shoulders travel up and down. For other exercises you log the set yourself with the Done button. You can switch the counter off entirely in Profile.
Delete the app. Your name, measurements, scans, workouts and nutrition live on your device and go with it. For a formal request under LGPD or GDPR, write to privacy@abforge.online.
It is a visual estimate from a photo, not a clinical measurement. Lighting, angle and distance change the result. Use it to track direction over time rather than as a precise number, and see the Terms of Use.
